Founded in 1959, Cal Lutheran is part of a 500-year-old tradition of Lutheran higher education a tradition that expects you to ask the big questions and find your own answers. CLU offers undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs through its College of Arts and Sciences, School of Business and School of Education. The University offers 36 majors and 28 minors, in addition to professional preparation programs in specified fields of study. Masters degree programs are offered in education, business administration, public policy and administration, computer science and psychology. Doctoral programs in educational leadership is offered through the School of Education. California Lutheran University is a selective comprehensive institution offering undergraduate and graduate degrees in the liberal arts and sciences and professional fields.
